I always stay at this hotel because the staff helped with early check-in at my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a bar. They even have a fitness center and massage services! I'll be back for Christmas!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even helped us plan our day trips, acting as our personal tour guides.

I booked this hotel on behalf of clients. The hotel did not have the air- con working and the outside temp was 35c (27 June). When asked, they refused to put it on. My clients and other people in the hotel took mattresses into the bathroom to sleep as it was cooler. After much discussion and arguing, the hotel finally agreed to knock 30% off the total bill. Let's hope there is an improvement in the hotel services by the 2018 Ryder Cup.

We stayed here as a stopover from the alps on our way home to the ferry. It was an excellent stopover and we took a trip into Paris via the train which was only a five minute walk from the hotel. The train takes 50 min into Central Paris. Would stay here again. staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be in an excellent location. It’s a residential area a 30-minute drive from Fontainebleu and Monet's Garden. Though Paris was within an hour of the centre, roadworks caused some delays. The rooms were nicely decorated and modern with comfortable beds. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel served a substantial Continental breakfast.

The lack of teaspoons caused difficulties trying to eat yoghurt with a dessert spoon, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
